EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

As our offers are limited in time and quantities, we are unable to exchange orders. If you purchase an item and would like to return the goods, you are entitled to return them within 14 days of receipt provided that they do not fall under the non-returnable items list.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We do our best to describe all the items for sale on the website in detail, paying particular attention to descriptions of color, material and size. In addition, we strive to present them in the most accurate way possible. If, despite all our efforts, your item does not fit or is damaged in any way before you receive it, you can return it to us and we will accept it back provided that it is not used or washed and reaches us in the same condition you received it in. Please note that while the returned item is in transit, it is still your responsibility, and we therefore advise you to send the goods by courier to insure the value of your goods.

WHO PAYS THE COST TO SHIP MERCHANDISE BACK TO NICOLISHOES.COM?

In the unusual circumstance where the item is damaged upon receipt or when the wrong item has been shipped, we will pay for the shipping cost. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the cost to ship merchandise back to the nicolishoes.com warehouse in Dubai.

MY NON-RETURNABLE ITEM IS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Contact our Customer Assistance Team with your order number and tell them about the damage and defect. They will be more than happy to assist you.

MY DELIVERY WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you notice that your item is damaged when it is delivered, we recommend that you notify our Customer Assistance Team immediately or within 14 days from receipt, stating the order number, time and date of delivery.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REFUND AMOUNT?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Assistance Team as soon as possible. If the item has been returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item.

If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item and the shipping cost. In such circumstances, you can either request a promo code equivalent to the amount, or a refund, which will be made within four weeks of receipt of the item at the nicolishoes.com warehouse.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item at the nicolishoes.com warehouse. If payment was cash on delivery, we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

I'VE FINISHED SHOPPING. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you've added all the items you would like to purchase to your cart, you should proceed to checkout. You will have to do this within 20 minutes of adding your items to your shopping cart or else your selected products will be automatically removed and put back up for sale for other members to purchase. Click on you MY BASKET at the top right of the page, select CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT and follow the instructions through to processing your payment and adding your delivery details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

We only sell online. However if you should encounter any difficulties our Customer Assistance Team will be more than happy to help you. There are several channels through which to contact our team. You can email us for support or dial the Customer Assistance on the numbers provided on our site.

HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MANY PIECES ARE AVAILABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PRODUCT?

nicolishoes.com will only tell you when an item is sold out. We recommend logging on early to get the product(s) you want.

AM I GUARANTEED TO GET THE PRODUCT THAT I CHOOSE?

When you save an item into your shopping basket, this item is reserved for you for the following 20 minutes. This should give you sufficient time to continue shopping and check out. Please leave sufficient time for yourself to complete the checkout process. Since the demand for items in most offers can often exceed the available stock, we limit the amount of time that items can remain in shopping carts before we put them back on offer.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No, there is no minimum order.

WHY CAN A SOLD OUT ITEM BECOME AVAILABLE AT A LATER DATE AGAIN?

In the course of an offer, the items sold or reserved within a shopping basket will be deducted from the total numbers of available items within that stock. However, if a member does not complete the order process within the stipulated timeframe, the item will become available for purchase once again.

CAN I ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD OUT?

The opportunity may arise for us to get further stock for the same item in the future, so our best advice is to sign up to our daily email newsletters to ensure you never miss an important offer.

nicolishoes.com insures all shipments against theft and accidental damage, at no cost to our members. Once the merchandise has been delivered and signed for, the insurance ceases to be in effect.

DO MY GIFT VOUCHERS EXPIRE?

Gift vouchers expire within 1 year after they are issued, unless specified otherwise. Promotional codes will have a specified start and end date.

WHAT IS A PROMO CODE?

Promo codes are similar to vouchers. Promo codes are offered from time to time on various deals, and are distributed to our members, customers, readers etc. Sometimes promo codes are used as refunds or as compensation for damaged items. Holders of promo codes will be able to redeem them as savings on nicolishoes.com deals.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A PROMO CODE?

Yes, you can buy NICOLI GIFT CARDS on the nicolishoes.com website. You can also send them to friends and use your NICOLI Gift Voucher in-store.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE THAT APPEARS ON MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Your order confirmation includes the price of the item you purchased, and, if applicable, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges. If you reside outside the UAE, you are responsible for customs and tax fees charged in your country of residence. It is important to note that nicolishoes.com has no control over and does not determine the amount of customs duties and fees that are charged in each country.

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?

We package each one of your orders personally and by hand at our warehouse. We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver the order directly to your doorstep.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Our logistics partners will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. Usually, you can pick up your order package at the courier depot that is closest to the shipping address specified for the order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days, however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, nicolishoes.com runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to fashion news. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

HOW DO I TRACK AND CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS?

If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account and click on My Account tab and then your Orders. You will then see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update. CAN I COLLECT THE GOODS MYSELF?

At nicolishoes.com we have a streamlined process of delivery. We work with world-class logistics providers to deliver your goods. We are not currently offering self pick-up options.
