OUR DELIVERY COSTS ARE BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THERE ARE NO EXTRA COSTS FOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF CUSTOM AND/OR TAX CLEARANCE WHICH MAY ARISE IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES.

ARAMEX is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Dubai warehouse.

Our warehouse is closed for Public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

 

You can return any item purchased on nicolishoes.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here's how:

  1. 1. Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.
  2. 2. Schedule the pick up of your package by contacting any courier (you will need to bare this cost).
  3. 3. We normally process returns within 7 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 10 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  4. 4. Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

All returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from, due to merchandising restriction

 

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The product you wish to return:

  1. 1. Can be sent back to us within twenty (20) days from delivery;
  2. 2. Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
  3. 3. Must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;

  5. 5. Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories; Must be sent in its original packaging;
  6. 6. Must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery;

  9. 9. Must be shipped to the UAE.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. If you send the package, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider's fulfillment warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the Credit /Debit Card used or two months in case of payment made by debit card. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Shoes come with a sticker under the sole; if you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

As our offers are limited in time and quantities, we are unable to exchange orders. If you purchase an item and would like to return the goods, you are entitled to return them within 14 days of receipt provided that they do not fall under the non-returnable items list.
We do our best to describe all the items for sale on the website in detail, paying particular attention to descriptions of color, material and size. In addition, we strive to present them in the most accurate way possible. If, despite all our efforts, your item does not fit or is damaged in any way before you receive it, you can return it to us and we will accept it back provided that it is not used or washed and reaches us in the same condition you received it in. Please note that while the returned item is in transit, it is still your responsibility, and we therefore advise you to send the goods by courier to insure the value of your goods.

In the unusual circumstance where the item is damaged upon receipt or when the wrong item has been shipped, we will pay for the shipping cost. Otherwise, the buyer pays for the cost to ship merchandise back to the nicolishoes.com warehouse in Dubai.
Contact our Customer Assistance Team with your order number and tell them about the damage and defect. They will be more than happy to assist you.
If you notice that your item is damaged when it is delivered, we recommend that you notify our Customer Assistance Team immediately or within 14 days from receipt, stating the order number, time and date of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Assistance Team as soon as possible. If the item has been returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item.

If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item and the shipping cost. In such circumstances, you can either request a promo code equivalent to the amount, or a refund, which will be made within four weeks of receipt of the item at the nicolishoes.com warehouse.

If the purchase was made by credit card, the refund will be made on the same credit card used to make the order within a week of receipt of the item at the nicolishoes.com warehouse. If payment was cash on delivery, we will wire the money back to you net of all bank charges.

SHIPPING

We package each one of your orders personally and by hand at our warehouse. We partner with reputable logistics providers to deliver the order directly to your doorstep.
Our logistics partners will try to reach you several times to make your delivery. If unsuccessful, as with any other postal service package, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. Usually, you can pick up your order package at the courier depot that is closest to the shipping address specified for the order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days, however this is sometimes not possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
