PAY BY CASH ON DELIVERY (UAE & GCC ONLY)

Pay for your order to the courier upon delivery. Prepare the exact amount in cash to pay for your order. The courier cannot give any change nor accept cheques.

PAY BY PAYPAL

Once you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up at the PayPal login page before completing your order. Your account will be charged on the day your order is placed.

PAY BY VISA OR MASTERCARD

Pay for your order directly by Visa or Mastercard. nicolishoes.com uses Innovate Payments for our payment processing platform, it is a safe and secure platform where only reputable bank acquiring partners are used.

PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.

CASH ON DELIVERY REFUNDS

Cash on Delivery Refunds: Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a Bank Account. Please send us an email containing your product purchase information, Bank Account details (Account holder, BIC/SWIFT and IBAN codes). Our Bank usually issues refunds within 10 working days of our instruction. You can check your refund on your online banking account or by contacting your Bank.

INVOICES

An invoice is included in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail sent when your package has left our warehouse. Unfortunately we are unable to modify invoices which have already been issued.

In order to avoid export issues and delivery delays, the products and prices listed on the invoice must match the actual contents of your package.

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this Site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within fourteen(14) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied. The product you wish to return:

1. 1. Can be sent back to us within fourteen (14) days from delivery;
2. 2. Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
3. 3. Must have all disposable seals still attached with the disposable seal that must still be intact;
4. 4. Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
5. 5. Must be sent in its original packaging;
6. 6. Must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery;
7. 7. Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
8. 8. Must be shipped to the UAE.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs. If you send the package, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If you prefer you can send the return at your expense, with a courier of your choice. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Provider's fulfillment warehouse.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize Provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE ON THE SITE NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE. ANY SUCH DESIGNATION WILL BE NOTED ON THE DETAIL PAGE OF THE MERCHANDISE WHICH IS NON-RETURNABLE.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the Credit /Debit Card used or two months in case of payment made by debit card. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

All of our products come with an identification tag with a disposable seal. Please try your item on before removing the tag and seal, since we do not accept returns once the disposable seal has been removed, broken or damaged in any way. Shoes come with a sticker under the sole; if you remove or alter this sticker, you may no longer return your purchase.
