No Return, No Refund, No Exchange on sale / discounted items.
If the size you purchased does not fit you, you are free to return it and ask for a size change within 14 days from receiving the order.
 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order.
 
On receiving the order, please wait at least 24 hours to allow the delivery information to be updated on your personal account. Once it has been updates, you will be able to request the return of your purchase.
 
Must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you
 
Return the products in their original packaging: products must be returned in the same condition they were received, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all parts, unused, with the original packaging and any included manuals, and labels and tags still attached to the products.
 
Our warehouse operators will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect conditions; you will be charged for any loss of value of the product and receive a refund for the residual amount.
 
Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When our warehouse receives the returned products, we will affect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, debit card, etc) or by bank transfer.
 
Refunds for orders paid for using the cash on delivery method will be affected by bank transfer only. Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a Bank Account. Please send us an email containing your product purchase information, Bank Account details (Account holder, BIC/SWIFT and IBAN codes) Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
