Exchange, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Sale / Discounted items bought are not eligible for Return / Refund / Exchange

Exchanges are permitted within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, saleable condition, in original packing with original price tag, presented along with the original tax invoice issued by the store.

Refund / Returns will be compensated for in form of store credit reflecting the exact initial purchase value of the product.

The validity of the store credit is one year from the date of issue. Store credit must be redeemed in the store in which the original purchase was made.

Refunds/Returns are not permitted for non-defective items.

In case of defective goods, it will be dealt in accordance with the consumer protection law of UAE.
 
Our warehouse operators will check all returned products to ensure they are in perfect conditions; you will be charged for any loss of value of the product and receive a refund for the residual amount.
 
Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When our warehouse receives the returned products, we will affect the refund using the same means of payment used to make the purchase (credit card, debit card, etc) or by bank transfer.
 
Refunds for orders paid for using the cash on delivery method will be affected by bank transfer only. Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a Bank Account. Please send us an email containing your product purchase information, Bank Account details (Account holder, BIC/SWIFT and IBAN codes) Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
